For your consideration is this RT suspension Football Helmet, painted red with with silver center stripe of the San Francisco 49ers, and autographed in person by All-Time great and Hall of Fame quarterback Y.A. Tittle. This beautiful helmet was built with lucite facemask and custom brown metal “handle” mounted just as 49ers equipment managers added to Mr. Tittle’s helmet in 1954 after an injury to Mr. Tittle necessitated this interesting innovative protection. See last photo. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT CLAIMING THIS HELMET WAS ISSUED OR USED BY MR. Tittle OR THE 49ers. Comes with COA from JSA as shown in photos. Will make a stunning display, and looks like it just came off the field!
