Wislizenus Special Germany

Description

Beautiful Adolf Wislizenus  24"  bisque composition Doll in excellent condition.  No cracks in bisque and marked on back of her head Special Germany.  Original clean mohair wig with sausage curls and barretts.  Lovely blue glass eyes with delicate painted lashes.  Superb bisque color.  Body has been expertly repainted.  Left leg does not bend at the knee. Tightly strung.  Lovely,  pale green dress with lace trim.  There are three rows of vertical,  woven lace on the front of the bodice with angel wings that cap the sleeves.  She wears a full slip with lace trimmed pantaloons,  and white tights.  There are some faint stains on the back of the slip.  Dress has no holes,  but is slightly discolored in the back.
