Vintage Original Shell Oil License Plate Topper w/ reflector

Description

Vintage original Shell Oil license plate topper with reflector bolt. The topper has light wear on front with rust spots on back. The reflector button has a spot that looks like it got hit and has an internal chip with a dull spot and the bolt,spring and nut on back are rusty.
