This is a type of trophy I am assuming from the 1924 World Horseshoe Tournament in Minneapolis, MN. I know that Frank Stinson, and Putt Mossman's brother were first and second in juniors. I also know that Putt Mossman ended up in third place in the men's division. The plaque I believe is made of silver? Maybe it was a plaque or trophy? It should be in the NHPA hall of fame or Minnesota Hall Of Fame, but I am selling it for someone else to decide it's fate. Frank Stinson for those that do not know was one of the all time great players nationally and in the state of Minnesota. He won several state titles and was always a threat in the Championship men's division from his 1924 Junior to 1976 when he won a Senior national title. Putt Mossman was a world champion and stunt man. His horseshoe are probably the most sought after since they were the first with hooks and some called them cheaters. It must have been sponsored by the Minneapolis Municipal Ski Club, that is the name on the award.
