VINTAGE 1960s SHELL GAS & OIL SERVICE STATION BEACH BALL POSTER SIGN 4 FT LONG

Description

This is a vintage LIGHTWEIGHT PAPER sign, or poster, intended to be put in the window of a gas / service station. It measures 48 inches long (four feet) by 32.5 inches wide (almost three feet.) It reads: "FREE!...Your Choice Swimming Float or 31" Play Beach Ball...Retail Value .98...with SHELL VACATION SPECIAL...Come In Today!" It does not have a date, but I THINK this is from the 1960's - or give or take. The condition is VERY GOOD. The colors are bright and the background is clean. This was obviously never used. It has some small tears, paper chips, and creases around the edges. The largest tear appears near the center of the left edge, and is about 1.5 inches long. (See close-up with pencil point.) The top / right corner is creased. (Showing both flaws in close-up.) It displays beautifully, and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back. Will be shipped rolled in a mailing tube.
