Unidentified Antique 13” German (?) Baby Doll Bisque Head Composition Body

Unidentified baby doll marked 3-3 on the back of his head.
He has a porcelain dome head and composition body. His bisque head seems to be in a good condition; no visible damage. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Some minor marks and rubbed paint to his face.
Body most likely was repainted. Her left arm is a little loose. Baby is wearing new baby gown, pantaloons, knitted baby hat. No socks or shoes.
Some holes/stains are present to his clothes
