A very rare item!
It measures 5 1/2 x 8 5/8 inches and is in VG+++ condition.  There is very light wear to the front cover, otherwise this is in fantastic shape.  The insides are clean and bright, the staples are clean, tight and not rusted at all.  I've only seen a few of these and they were in much poorer condition.  I have the ticket stub for this concert which I m listing separately.

I have posted four scans.  When the program is open it is a bit to big for my scanner so the two images that show two-page spreads are a bit cut off on all four sides.
The first image is the centerfold that lists the performers and you can see the clean and tight staples.
The second image is the front cover so you can see for yourself how nice it is.
The third image is the program open to the page that shows the photos and descriptions
of The Beach Boys, Cream, Spencer Davis and Dave Dee. The fourth image is the back cover.
