1997 Vintage Shell Oil Company Promotional Watch
This is a never used, pre-owned vintage 1997 Shell Oil Company promotional watch. I would call it Unisex, but I believe it leans towards being a man's watch.  "Moving At The Speed Of Life" made by the Fossil Company (watch company). The watch is in its original metal case and outer box.  The box shows signs of storage wear.  The metal case is not perfect.  The watch has never been used, or started up.  It still has its packaging battery blocker around the set knob.  I do not know if the battery is still good.  I am selling, "as is", because I do not know if it is working.  My guess is that it will probably need a new battery. The original battery would be from 1997. There is a clear protective piece of plastic over the watch's face and one also on its bottom where you see "1997".  The clear plastic protectors have picked up the flocking from the inside of the metal case.  I took two pictures without the plastic.  There still is a little flocking on the watch itself in those pictures.  The wristband says it is stainless steel.  I believe this watch is easy to adjust.  I saw another listed as saying it was, a "Memphis Design style".  I think that is probably true because of the geometric design of the second hand and the number as sell as the shape and size of the watch crystal face.
