For your consideration is this full size RK style Football Helmet, readily recognized by the iconic flared ear shell, and customized to be like the helmet worn by All-Time NFL great and Hall of Famer Jim Taylor in 1967, the inaugural year of the Saints.
This beauty has been outfitted with thin mil decals and striping of the 1967 New Orleans Saints. This beautiful specimen includes Taylor’s name on dymo tape inside the helmet as equipment managers might have done for identification purposes.
Helmet is built to represent the famous 1960s configuration of the RK suspension helmet with 12-spoke suspension and iconic 2-bar gray facemask. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT CLAIMING THIS HELMET WAS ISSUED OR USED BY the Saints or Mr. Taylor.
Will make a stunning display, and looks like it just came off the field!
