Rare Dealership Exclusive There's Only One Eric Clapton Fender poster ad

This is a super hard to find Eric Clapton Fender poster that was released circa 1995 to dealerships selling Fender guitars.
Measures roughly 19 x 25
Features a 25 years younger version of the blues rock legend. Framing is black metal and lightly frosted non-reflective glass that gives this a warm, classy look. Matting shows some warping (see photos) and this is arguably the biggest flaw overall. Matting could be easily replaced by the buyer to further refine this amazing piece which is still
totally displayable as is.
I removed the cover to inspect the poster and the poster itself is pristine- smooth, glossy, and appears to be adhered to the foam board backing it.
Again, with the warbling in the blue matte border, this is a great refurbish opportunity or a simply great piece as is- showing a bit of age, but like Clapton himself- still looking good after all these years.
