Vintage - Not a reprint.
Condition:
Excellent condition with no rips, tears, folds, writing or wear.  Like new - even smells new..  There is a small date stamp "Jan 22 1954" on the back (see second photo).  Not a reprint.  Folds out to a poster.

This is from the estate of a car fanatic and history professor from Massachusetts who kept all his car manuals and materials archived in his home library.  He would regular make the rounds of auto dealerships in the Boston area and collect automobile brochures, flyers, books and postcards.
