came out of a large collection of law enforcement patches which we will be selling.  This one had been mounted on a display board.
We will be able to place more than one patch into the same mailing container.

: The United States Postmaster General. has come out with a statement that first-class mail will now be lump together with non-first-class mail such as flyers, circulars etc., and
transported by truck to their destinations. First-class mail will no longer be placed on airplanes
. It has been my recent experience that
this process can take as long as two weeks
for my first class mail to reach its destination.
