It is approved by the Martin Guitar Company as well as Eric Clapton himself. Included with the guitar is a certificate of authenticity specifying the collectible nature of this piece as well as the number of production out of 2,500. The guitar measures 8 inches tall and 3 inches wide, this piece provides all the aesthetic beauty of a Martin guitar at 1/5 the size. It is hand painted bonded porcelain and meticulously detailed, right down to the steel strings. Manufactured in 2003 by Gartlan USA
