Antique German Bisque Doll leather jointed body 17 Inches. Needs some work

Antique German Bisque or porcelain Doll leather jointed body 17 Inches long. I know next to nothing about dolls however i do know this one is stamped Germany and 275.08 on the back of the neck of the doll. Appears to have a leather jointed body. The hair seems to be falling apart and im unsure if the fingers have been damaged. Please see all pictures. Sold exactly as pictured. Does need some work, please examine all of the pictures. I am not an expert therefore its sold as is. There will be no returms at all, no exceptions.
