I have made many of these sweet little hearts for many friends and family who have passed away.
It all started years ago when I laid a rolled up message with a bow in my grandmother's casket. It was a special note that was buried with her. I made me feel better just knowing my word explaining my love would be with her forever.
I made a heart or two for myself to place in the casket and everyone loved them so I then started making them for others to also use to leave messages in the casket.
They are usually placed inside the casket prior to the funeral.
I include writing paper tied with jute for each heart to have a message written, folded and placed behind the ribbon as seen in a couple of my pictures.
I have many different styles and colors. They measure 4.5" by 4.5".
This set includes 6 flag style hearts.
