    Description

    Today's little 10 1/4" doll is a fixer.  I'll start from top to bottom.  She looks like she has an original ? mohair brown wig. She has pierced ears!  Cieslik seems to identify this doll with the typical dolly face as Baehr & Proeschild.   Her bisque head has several issues.  She has a repaired piece in the back, a hairline running up from the
    neck hole
    on the side of her head, and an old firing line on the other side of her head.  Her rocker has been repaired, the job is not great, her eyes don't close all the way, and they're slightly wonky.  I'm hoping perhaps someone has a perfect head to swap this doll out with?  Her body has been repainted at some point, and she has a surface crack starting at her neckline.  She's been sweetly re-dressed, and needs only shoes to have a complete doll.  Perhaps you can love her like she is, or ? use her for parts.  what I do love about this doll is the fact that she looks like a very large German dolly faced doll that has been reduced in size.  She's very fun in that aspect.  Some people call this doll a Kestner? but I don't think so.  email me if you know different.  Please look at pictures they tell the whole story.   Please see pictures they are part of the description, and of course...   Let me know if you have questions.  Thanks for looking! ***PLEASE NOTE!***   I will be unavailable to ship from July 18 - July 24.
