    The optional shipping price includes a bubble envelope with a tracking number. USPS will not give tracking numbers on regular sized letter envelopes sent 1st class mail. I'm sorry for the higher shipping costs but if you are bidding on a rare, one of a kind vintage or obsolete item I would suggest getting the optional shipping method because you will have a tracking number to make sure you get the item.

    International shipping will be .50 with USPS form 3817 "Certificate of Mailing" which proves the item was sent to you but does not include a tracking number or you can choose .50 for Registered mail which includes a tracking number.
